ECOPLAS

The acoustic ECOPLAS barriers are composed of vertical pillars in HEA/B steel which has been hot dipped and painted twice with the choice of the Ral colours.

Alternatively hot-worked zinc-coated HEA pillars treated with chemical-dipping according to the UNI 5774/66 regulatons can be supplied. An easy mounting and horizontal and vertical alignment is obtained using integral plates with a vertical pillar and reverse plates fixed into the cement base.

For small barriers we can also use box-shaped aluminium pillars with possible struts and/or reinforced tie-beam.

The curtain phonoisolating and phonoabsorbing panels are built with ecoplas Zx1 modular elements assembled overlapped and positioned into in fixed vertical joints in a "U" shape in PVC or in steel, integral with the vertical pillars.

Alternatively we can supply transparent panels in PMMA (polymethylacrilate)with sufficient thickness. The staves ECOLLAS made up in PVC are particularly suitable for outdoors installations because they do not require maintenance and resist deterioration caused by physical and chemical corrosion.

Phonoabsorbing fixed or mobile modular screens, in standard dimensions 1x2,5 m and 2x 2,5 m, are also available according to clients' specifications.
