ECOPLAS

The ECOPLAS system permits the realization of sound proof cabins and aphonic boxes of small, medium and large dimensions.

The metallic structure, consisting of 70 X 70 box-shaped aluminium modules, is supplied according to the clients' specifications.

Particular three way joints allow easy assembly of the horizontal and vertical profiles.

For outdoor installations and for snow conditions there are particular metal structures in suitably treated stainless-steel (painted or zinc-coated hot-dipped)

Phonoisolating and phonoabsorbing ECOPLAS panels are supplied according to the design and inserted into the appropriate base. The panels may be fixed to the structure permanently or, alternatively, rotation keys permitting easy and quick dismantling are used.


On request we can supply panels covered with prepainted sheet metal to increase mechanical and acoustic performance and supply various accessories such as windows, doors, soundproof cages for ventilators and other clients' requirements.

Particular performances of isolation and absorption can be obtained by using double walls filled with phonoabsorbing material and with separate supporting structures.
