Ecoplas Panel

The ecoplas system, initially designed to reduce traffic noise, has become now widely used in both civil and industrial sectors.

The materials of the base modular system PVC and thermo bound polyester fibre are especially resistant towards corrosive action of chemical agents.

Given the high acoustic performance and characteristic of the material these panels are recommended for following situations:

  • Resistance to corrosion
  • Easy installation and dismantling to facilitate reutilization of the material
  • Light structure
  • Flexible composition
  • Recyclable components

The panel surface is microperforated to increase the phonoabsorbing capacities which are higher despite the lower volume compared to traditional sheet panels.

Laws

UNI EN 1794 1 / 01
UNI EN 1794 2 / 01
UNI EN 1794 1 / 98

UNI EN 1794
2 / 2002 PAR 42

UNI EN 1793 2
UNI EN 1794 2
UNI EN 20354

When it is necessary to increase the capacity of acoustic isolation or the mechanical resistance it is possible to insert a zinc coated steel flouting box- shaped mass inside the panel. The thickness of this mass depends on the performance required.

The utilization of ECOPLAS modular panels combined with aluminium STP and STO structures is particularly advantageous for lowering costs, for the reduction of manufacturing time and for the possibility to recuperate materials in case of dismantling and reutilization.

The ECOPLAS panels have been certified according to the UNI and ISO laws particularly with regards to reaction to fire;
they have been classified as self extinguishing class 1 and do not emit toxic smoke in the event of fire.
